Lean & Clean Tuna Steak with Garlic and Ginger


  • Lean and Clean Blend 1 heaped scoops
  • Tuna  450 grams (steaks)
  • Fresh Ginger             1 tablespoon (grated)
  • Soy Sauce 25 cup
  • Fresh Garlic 5 tablespoon (crushed)
  • Fresh Orange extract 25 cup (unsweetened)
  • Apple cider vinegar  4 teaspoon
  • Brown Sugar   1 teaspoon (for caramelization)
  • Butter   4 teaspoons (low fat, unsalted)


Marinate tuna with all the ingredients for half an hour. Cook tuna steaks on medium hot grill for up to 5 minutes. Be careful because tuna can dry up quickly if left unattended. Keep flipping the sides. You can even dress it up with sea-salt to enhance the taste and give it a more crustacean flavour.
