Lean & Clean Tuna Steak with Garlic and Ginger
Ingredients
- Lean and Clean Blend 1 heaped scoops
- Tuna 450 grams (steaks)
- Fresh Ginger 1 tablespoon (grated)
- Soy Sauce 25 cup
- Fresh Garlic 5 tablespoon (crushed)
- Fresh Orange extract 25 cup (unsweetened)
- Apple cider vinegar 4 teaspoon
- Brown Sugar 1 teaspoon (for caramelization)
- Butter 4 teaspoons (low fat, unsalted)
Recipe
Marinate tuna with all the ingredients for half an hour. Cook tuna steaks on medium hot grill for up to 5 minutes. Be careful because tuna can dry up quickly if left unattended. Keep flipping the sides. You can even dress it up with sea-salt to enhance the taste and give it a more crustacean flavour.
